Limits on CS4 trials?

While I'm waiting for our company to OK upgrading to CS4 I've been using a trial version to make a headstart on epub ebook creation. I'm hitting a wall though when assembling an Indesign book - I'm now at 22 chapters or sections in, only 280 odd pages, and it isn't recognising any further chapters I add. When I export to epub the chapter is listed in Digital Editions but it is just blank. Similarly the file is there if I unzip the epub but none of the content has come through, unlike it's companions it is just empty.

I've tried adding simple test pages, which haven't worked and just tried adding the new chapter out of order earlier on in the book which did come through but bumped what was then the last chapter out - it became blank. My question is, is there a limit to the capabilities of the CS4 trial that I've hit?

I'm using windows xp.

The trial is exactly the same as the purchased version.

If you've found anything it would be a bug.

Yes, it must be a bug of some sort, I ploughed on creating the final few chapters, index etc this morning and thought I'd try my luck adding them to the ID book - it doesn't recognise the existing problem chapter, the next two chapters, but does recognise the final element that is the index. So, not a case of having reached the content limit.

Any one have any pointers how to check if it is a bug and how to get rid of it?

There have been a couple of other threads this week about trouble exporting to Digital Editions. At least some problems were attributed to third-party plugins or using multiple documents in a book file.
