How to do Frame Above (like in FM)?

In Framemaker paragraph formats (called
styles in ID), there is a way to reference specific frames from the reference pages and have them automatically come in above or below the paragraph. This is often used for simple things like making rules above and below the paragraph. But sometimes, I reference a graphic frame (rather than a simple rule) and have it come in above the paragraph. Is there a workaround to this in InDesign? For example, every time I have the ''Warning'' paragraph style, I want my ''Warning'' graphic to come in right above it, automatically. I know I can place it in there myself, but I'm looking for something automated.

Any ideas?

I believe this is another nifty and useful FM feature that isn't available in ID. Sorry. :(

Hi, Kelly:

It might take a while, but posting your wish here:

would add another vote for this feature.
