Indesign CS4 HTTP Support.

When attempting to migrate scripts written for Indesign CS3 I ran into an early error. The Bridge DLLs that are used to allow Indesign web access are throwing an error. When using webaccesslib.dll, netio.dll and coretypes.dll, but when attempting to create a new instance of WebAccess I get an I/O Error.
