Printing Issues

Using Adobe InDesign CS4 v. 6.0 on a Dell Optiplex 755 running Win XP Pro sp3 with 150 GB hard drive and 3.25 GB RAM. Trying to communicate with Xerox Phaser 7750 GX model connected via network.

I created a template in ID to print CD labels (was created in ID CS2 and converted upon upgrade to CS4). Until today, I have never experienced a problem printing this file. However, now, no matter what configurations I use in either the ID print presets or the printer driver, I am unable to print this to any location on the Phaser other than the default print tray. I have selected the ''Tray 1'' (manual feed) option. I have programmed the Phaser (from front panel) to read Tray 1 as having ''Label'' for paper type and 8.5'' x 11'' for size and then tried the ''automatically select'' option for label printing.

NOTHING WORKS! I should also note that this appears to be the only software on my computer having this problem.

Any and all suggestions are welcome as myself and two IT staff have exhausted all of our possibilities at this point.

Thanks!

You may need to replace or reinstall your Xerox Phaser 7750 GX print driver.
