Is there a panels and menu item list?

Just loaded CS4 Premium. Right now I am using the trial version, though we have installed the full version at work.



I am looking for a list of all panels and all menus and items available for all the apps. Especially InDesign CS4 and Illustrator CS4.



I can not find the Library Panel. I can not find the Navigation Panel. How can I know if it is installed?



So, is there an Adobe url that lists all panels and menus and sub menus?

The Navigator (much to the chagrin of people like me) is no more in InDesign. It has been replaced by a power-zoom feature. Click with the hand tool and hold a few seconds. The view will zoom out to the entire pasteboard and you can re-center. when you release the mouse the view will zoom back in. You can also use the arrow keys or scroll wheel to change the zoom level, though it is not as infinite as the slider in Navigator was.



I don't remember there ever being a ''Library Panel'' but I don't use libraries very often. When open, a library looks like a panel, and you open or create one from the file menu.



I don't know of a list for menus, but you can get some idea by opening the keyboard shortcut editor.
