Missing Font issues

I opened a CS2 In Design document from a co-worker on to my computer and the Adobe font called, Palatino, which Ive had installed on my computer for ages would not show up on this document. I removed the suspect font (Palatino Type 1) through the Control Panel, and reinstalled it via Adobe Font Manager 4.1. This did not help. I do not have any other Palatino versoins on my computer.



Even after installing it, the font still shows as missing.



Can you help?

Are you positive it's the same version? Palatino comes in a lot of flavors.

You bet. I've checked and double-checked. What is really wierd is that I can open another In Design document that is using the same font, and it is perfectly ok.

Try exporting the offending one to Interchange Format (.inx), then open that and see what happens.
