UNIT alignment in table text

Hi Experts,



Below is my input table. I have number of columns like this!

And this is the final out put how I want to format in indesignCS2.

I have tried with decimal tab alignment but it not an efficient way to do this, I feel.



Can you please advice me what is the easiest way to do this UNIT alignment. Now I am doing it manually using spaces.
