I made a grid with a script in Indesign, gutter 0, so I can put photos in it. Now I want to make the 4 corners on the outside rounded, but the inside-corners have to stay not-rounded. I don't seem to find how to do that. Can someone help me please? I also have a shear X angle of 20掳 so putting another box on top of it, doesn't work.

Can you select the individual frames? If so you can try running the CornerEffects sample script one each of them individually. This allows you to apply one of the standard corner effects to individual corners on the frame. If memory serves, the points are counted counter-clockwise by the script, starting at the upper left.
