How to set up a Proxy Server in InDesign

Well, I am basically using InDesign in my university and I have some problems here.

I have done some homework at home and saved it to a version cue server. Here in my university we are using a Proxy and a special port.

I tried to get my homework from the server but failed because of this proxy.



After checking that the server worked through testing it in my browser (where the proxy is installed and the port is posted in the preferences) I wanted to try, if the version cue server would work through InDesign with this proxy and port.



I can't find any online help or existing post about proxy servers or the use of version cue in connection with this topic.



So I ask my self where can I change the proxy and port preferences in InDesign or Version Cue to get my homework.



I have read that the program uses the default settings of the system, but I am just a student, and I am not allowed to change system settings.



Therefor I have to change the settings of the version cue. But where?
